Return Policy
Return Procedure: You may return purchases within 14 days of receiving
(personalized orders excluded). No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
We must receive your return within 14 days after the date you received
your items. For all returns a 15% Restocking fee will be charged
for all products returned in which an exchange is not necessary.
International Orders
All customs and duties fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Canceling Orders
Hot stamping orders can not be cancelled, all orders are final. All other
orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cancelled orders must
be done by speaking with a representative. Cancellations will not be accepted
via e-mail or voice mail.

Hot Stamping (Personalizing, Monogrammed)
Hot stamped orders cannot be refunded or cancelled, all sales are
final. Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. You may have as many
different type hot stamps as colors ordered. Orders for personalizing
must agree to these policies, failure to do so will result in collections
being issued.
